SEFCU:


Susan Warshany of Schenectady has been appointed vice president of marketing for the State Employees Federal Credit Union of Albany. She will develop and implement marketing strategies for SEFCU's financial products and member services. Formerly, she was the director of marketing and public relations for OnBank & Trust Co. of Albany.


Gay Hisert has been promoted to assistant vice president of the data processing department of SEFCU. Formerly, Hisert was manager of the department. Cap Com:


Mike Ward has been promoted to senior financial consultant at Cap Com Financial Services Inc. in Albany. Ward will be responsible for managing Cap Com's other financial consultants and provide financial advisory services for individuals. Ward has been with Cap Com since 1989.


Fleet Bank:


Kathleen Marinelli of Albany has been appointed vice president and assistant general counsel of Fleet Bank of New York. She was promoted from associate counsel to counsel of Fleet Financial Group Inc. Marinelli began her career with the company in 1991.


Edward J. Hackney III of East Poestenkill has joined Fleet as vice president of the cash management department. Hackney has experience in domestic and international banking, primarily in England and Canada with Citibank and Chemical Bank.


Roberta S. Bastow of Albany has joined Fleet as vice president and national retail sales manager of corporate services. Bastow has 12 years' experience in the financial industry, recently as vice president and commercial lender with Key Bank of New York.


Brown & Brown:


Thomas W. Peterson of Round Lake was hired as an associate attorney in the Ballston Spa law firm of Brown & Brown. Peterson is the Round Lake village attorney. Previously, Brown practiced in Albany for six years in state and federal courts.


David Seth Michaels:


Rachel Samuels of Albany has been hired by the David Seth Michaels law firm in Chatham as an associate attorney.


Principal Abstract:


Peter M. Giulietti has been appointed vice president of Principal Abstract Inc. in Clifton Park. Giulietti formerly worked for Home Funding Finders Inc. as a mortgage loan originator and loan servicing coordinator.


Masto Dagastine:


Deborah A. Genovesi has been hired as an account executive at the Latham public relations firm of Masto Dagastine & Associates Inc. She will produce several corporate newsletters and coordinate the editorial and media relations activities for the firm's utility and power transmission accounts. Previously, she was director of communications for the Doane Stuart School, public relations specialist for St. Peter's Hospital and worked as a radio, television and video producer.


R. Steven Aceti:


Melissa A. Kintner of Albany has joined the Albany law firm of R. Steven Aceti as a paralegal. She will conduct research and draft documents on matters involving product liability, employment law, corporate collections administrative law and personal injury. Previously, Kintner was an accountant with the Picotte Cos.


North Country Engineering:


Cash E. Davidson has joined North Country Engineering in Lake George as a project engineer. Previously, Davidson was electrical systems superintendent at North Carolina State University, Raleigh.


Anthony E. Dalto has joined the firm as a project engineer.


Albany Savings Bank:


Martin Bonville of Ballston Spa has been promoted to assistant vice president at Albany Savings Bank. Bonville started at the bank in 1984.


Joseph DeBrango of East Greenbush has been promoted to assistant vice president/computer operations manager. DeBrango joined Albany Savings in 1991 as the data processing operations manager.


David Kaiser of Ballston Spa has been appointed vice president of commercial loans at Albany Savings. Kaiser joined the bank as a commercial loan officer in 1984.


Katherine E. Lubbers of Castleton has been appointed assistant secretary of Albany Savings. Lubbers joined the bank in 1979 in the human resources department.


AT&T:


Gary G. Phillips of Delmar was appointed applications sales specialist at AT&T, small business division, upstate branch, Albany. Phillips will be handling all interactive voice response systems, and video technologies and hospitality applications. She had been an account executive for five years at AT&T.


Marc Sciocchetti of Schenectady has joined AT&T as a sales agent responsible for telecommunications sales to small businesses in Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren and Washington counties. Sciocchetti had been an account executive with Northeast Information Systems.


Mike Gerardi of Guilderland will enter the account executive training program prior to a sales territory assignment with AT&T's small business division. Previously, he was an account executive with Rochester Telephone Co.


David Cassidy of Schenectady will enter the account executive training program prior to a sales territory assignment with AT&T's small business division. Cassidy was an inside manager with Culligan Water Systems in New Jersey.


Catskill Savings Bank:


William J. Moore of Cairo has been elected vice president of Catskill Savings Bank. Moore has been with the bank since 1972.


Key Bank:


M. Brian Hughes of Loudonville has been appointed manager of the Albany office of private banking at Key Bank of New York. Previously, Hughes was a vice president at Chase Manhattan Bank.


Rueckert & Shanley:


Chance Deupree has joined Rueckert & Shanley advertising and public relations agency in Albany as art director. Deupree has been an art director in Florida, Tennessee and Albany.


Central Hudson:


Steven V. Lant of Poughkeepsie has been promoted to treasurer of Poughkeepsie-based Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp. Lant joined Central Hudson in 1980 as a junior analyst.


Farm Family:


Nadine P. Bucher of Watervliet has joined Glenmont-based Farm Family Insurance as an executive secretary. She had been a secretary for Stuyvesant Plaza Inc. of Guilderland and a coordinator for the Hospital Association of New York state.


John J. Dziezynski of Loudonville has joined Farm Family Insurance as a junior compliance and product development analyst for the mutual company. Formerly, he worked as a client services representative at Phoenix Home Life Insurance of East Greenbush. Dziezynski is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a national business honor society of the University of Connecticut.


Sawchuk Brown:


Jane Eckman of Scotia has joined the Albany public relations and public affairs firm as a graphic artist. Carolyn Willard has been promoted from receptionist to assistant account executive.


Saratoga Associates:


Michael R. Andrews of Clifton Park was hired as an architectural technician.


Coldwell Banker:


Andrew P. Mironchuk of Albany has joined the sales team of Coldwell Banker, Guilderland. Mironchuk has been licensed since 1977 and is an associate broker.


Northwestern Mutual:


Jim Arre of Hillsdale and Bill Coton of Albany have joined the Latham office of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. George Longley of Diamond Point and Fred Monroe of Chestertown will work in the Glens Falls office.


WellCare:


Sarah Linville of Rotterdam has been named a marketing assistant.
