A resident of the YMCA was indicted by a Schenectady County grand jury Thursday after police said he shot fellow "Y" residents with a pellet gun.
David M. Butrym was indicted on two counts of first-degree robbery, a single count of second-degree robbery, six counts of second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
